Stand-Up Comedy Federation presents
Clash of Comics
The Stand-Up Comedy Federation is changing the way live comedy is performed. The Stand-Up Comedy Federation combines short comedic sets from the comedians of the Federation with the drama of Pro-Wrestling. Tim Sullivan became the first Intercontinental Stand-Up Comedy Federation Champion and has held the belt ever since. He has been challenged by the like of The Baller an aggressive comedian who will stop at nothing to become champion. He has also been challenged by The Brucej a deranged, unstable comic with multiple personalities who uses his creepiness to not only scare the other comedians but also frighten the audience. The Baller and The Brucej have recently combined their talents to become the SCF Tag Team Champions known as The Sex Boys. We cannot forget to mention the unknown comic known as Napoleon. Napoleon wears as mask and most of his jokes don’t make any sense which is why he uses his manager Hardcore Heather to let people know when to laugh. Napoleon is so unusual that you may find yourself questioning what is happening and why you are laughing. Clash of the Comics is where many of these feuds will be settled with all the belts on the line its sure to be an action packed night of comedy and entertainment, like nothing you have seen in Stand-Up comedy before.
Michael made his network debuts on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in the same year. He followed that up with performances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comedy Central's The Half Hour and most recently Conan. Currently you can see Michael as a contestant on NBC's Last Comic Standing.
Desiring to perform all forms of comedy, Michael took sketch and improv classes at The Second City in Chicago, iO, and Annoyance. In Chicago, Michael debuted his one-person sketch show--Pursuing Happiness: A bunch of scenes about people that moved out of their parents' house, got a real job and got married. Performed by a guy who didn't.
Gayle Becwar and his funny, bizarre, innovative, magical performance will fulfill all of your entertainment needs. Growing up in a family of magicians, Gayle’s first introduction to entertainment came as a child, performing with his family’s traveling magic show. Since then, Becwar has spent several years presenting his fresh, fast paced magic and comedy act as a full time solo professional. Audiences from coast to coast will attest that his act is truly unique and entertaining. Becwar has opened for Dan Seals and Holly Dunn, and worked a series of shows with legend comedienne Phyllis Diller. He recently taped for HBO’s Comic Relief, where he scored big to thunderous applause, and for Showtime in their Funniest Man in America Contest. Gayle Becwar has a likeable, ad-libbing style that makes each of his performances special and exciting. His college degrees in broadcasting and Speech have contributed to his professionalism, as well as a warm and engaging rapport. From comedy clubs, colleges and state fairs to banquets, conventions, and trade shows, Becwar’s magic, mindreading and humor involves all types of people. Your audience will be no exception. The Associated Press said it best, “More than just a magician, Gayle Becwar is a complete entertainer.”
