May 30th for one show at 7:30 PM
Tom will be recording a live album during his preformance.

Growing up across the street from a cornfield in Iowa couldn’t stop Tom Garland from becoming "one of the country's best young professional comics…"(TravelIowa.Com). Garland's unique act most recently earned him 12 shows and counting on the Las Vegas Strip as the Opening Act for Steve-O & Tom Green's "Icons of Comedy: Original Pranksters Tour" at the legendary Starlite Theater in Riviera Hotel & Casino. Now the Cedar Rapids native returns to his home club for his THIRD live album recording! Be a part of the crowd as Garland record "On Iowa" - an album devoted to solely his fans from the Hawkeye State, covering only local material. Be a part of the biggest inside joke in state history as Garland talks about Kurt Warner, the time he spent a week at Adventureland, Rough Rider & Kernels games, time spent as a high school wrestler, and much much more! You've seen him at world famous clubs like Las Vegas' Riviera Comedy Club and Chicago's Zanies Comedy Nightclub, opening up sold-out college shows with over 1,000 in attendance for B.J. Novak and Joel McHale, and showcasing at the nation's top festivals, now hear EVERYTHING he's ever wanted to say about his hometown, Cedar Rapids.

  • Richie Holliday
May 12, 2017 at 8:00 PM Richie Holliday

Funny man Richie Holiday didn’t grow up wanting to be a comedian. He wanted to be an architect, but quickly discovered he was terrible at math. So he took the advice of his college philosophy professor “Find something you like to do. Then do it so well someone will pay you to do it.” In early 2001, Richie tried his hand at stand-up comedy. After just two weeks of open mic he was offered a job as the house MC and decided he enjoyed getting paid to show the world he’s not quite the genius he parents hoped he would be. Described by Weird Al Yankovich as “Brilliantly Silly,” Richie Holliday’s charismatic and laid back persona has anchored his absurd and whimsical comedy. It’s a balance of the quirky and the common that made Holliday a favorite on Carnival Cruise Lines, over 150 colleges throughout America and has lead to appearances on HBO & ABC.
