Penguins Comedy Club located inside The Vault presents Hypnotist Jim Wand
Two shows at 7:30 and 10:00 PM
This is a special event. The last show will include Party Favors a Champagine Toast at Midnight.
Dr. Jim Wand has been involved in the area of hypnotic entertainment for 16 years. Prior to that, he operated a clinic that specialized in “Hypnotherapy” for 8 years. He is one of the only hypnotic entertainers in the world who has a doctorate in the area of psychology.
Each year he does over 150 programs throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
Every performance is custom designed to meet the specific needs of the client. Whether the program is for an employee recognition event, company picnic or holiday party, customer appreciation dinner, sales meeting, trade show, or other special event, the material will coincide with the theme, venue, and make-up of the audience.
The show can be totally entertaining or include personal and group motivation.
The length can vary from 45-90 minutes. Dr. Wand is always flexible to adapt to last minute changes in a schedule to better accommodate the needs of the client.
During each performance, Dr. Wand invites 20 volunteers from the audience to be hypnotized simultaneously and participate in tastefully done routines. The volunteers are never embarrassed and enjoy themselves immensely.
Dr. Wand is professional, highly entertaining, and extremely easy to work with.
In a business where too many performers rely on shtick or the latest political joke du jour to get laughs, Mike Merryfield is refreshingly original. His act never feels fake or forced. By simply being himself, he's become a comic on the verge of stardom.

Coming on-stage with a gruff demeanor and a booze-swiller's bad ass attitude, comedian Kyle Kinane surprises newcomers with his unexpectedly well-crafted standup sets. Born in Chicago, Kinane first tried his hand at comedy while attending Columbia College, influenced by the loose yet confident work of Mitch Hedberg and Patton Oswalt. He moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue his craft, and by 2007, he was invited to the Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival along with the television show Last Call with Carson Daly. In 2010, he released his debut album Death of the Party on the Aspecialthing label, and a year later, he starred in his own episode of the Comedy Central Presents series. In 2012 he worked alongside Bob Odenkirk, Zach Galifianakis, and others and developed an animated series for Comedy Central called Triptank. The cable television network's record label released his sophomore album, Whiskey Icarus, in 2013.
